The group: Polskie
Wlokniny consists of two companies located near
Lodz in Poland, which specialize in manufacturing of
modern nonwovens.

The group's owners are 3 persons,
who co-operate with each other from 1985. At present
they hold 90% of Texton shares and 100% of Creative
Web shares. We invite you to get acquainted with the
group's structure.
The group has two separate and independent
production systems, but all the strategic decisions
concerning the group's development are made by both
companies together. Moreover Polskie Wlokniny are joined
by one common sales department. It improves the running
of business of the group and makes the contact with
the clients easier. Furthermore the ordering of the
preferred products by the clients is simpler and more
efficient.
TEXTON
The
company Texton was founded in 1992, as a small industrial
plant, which manufactured high-bulk polyester textiles
for the Polish market. From the year 1999, when the
ownership form of the company has been changed,
a modernization of the production process has been introduced.
Successively the company increased the production output
and turnover. Lon-range development strategy and a good
investment plan made Texton today one of the leading
companies on the high-bulk polyester textiles market.
In 1999 the company has been equipped with a new production
line used for manufacturing polyester and polypropylene
spunbond nonwovens. In 2001 Texton began the production
and distribution of polyester fillers.

CREATIVE
WEB
The
company Creative Web was founded in the year 2000. It
started to run the business in January 2002. The firm
specializes in production of polypropylene spunbond
nonwovens, which have a broad application in medicine
and hygiene.
The manufactured textiles are also used in the production
of materials for agriculture, gardening and construction
industry.
