The
production process in texton is different for given
manufactured products. Fully automated production process
is controlled and supervised by a computer system. It
has been designed to enable maximal elasticity of production,
allow changes of various parameters of our nonwovens,
including the change of used raw materials.
Our textiles are manufactured without creating damaging
sewage, without polluting the air and almost without
any waste material. The quality of the production process
is confirmed by numerous certificates.
Spunbond
nonwovens
Nonwovens are produced in 100% from
polypropylene polymers, with the use of spunbond technology.
The essence of this technology is to receive, in a short
period of time, a flat textile product, which characteristics
are similar to technical textiles but the cost of their
production is lower.

High-bulk
nonwovens
High-bulk
nonwovens Loftex are produced in 100% from polyester
fibres. They are created in the process of termobonding.

The
welding is achieved by thermal interaction with bicomposite
fibers, which envelopes create stable bonds between
the fibers. This stable bonds guarantee among other
things durability and endurance. Moreover products created
using the above mentioned method are characterized by:
- fluffiness
- resilience
- homogenous
welds in the whole volume
The production process enables us to manufacture slow-burning
nonwovens, which meet the FIRA ( Great Britain ) standards.
Ball
fibers
Ball
fibers Boltex are created in a process of mechanic and
pneumatic stranding to a durable form.
Washer
nonwovens
Washer
nonwovens are produced in 100% from polyester polymers
using the needlepunch and welding method. The essence
of this technology is to receive, in a short period
of time, a flat nonwoven,
which characteristics are similar to technical textiles.
