company Texton introduced a inside company quality control
system for spunbond nonwovens. It is based on continuous
control of the main parameters of the manufactured Texfil
nonwovens.
In our own comprehensive laboratories,
equipped with precise testing equipment, we systematically
conduct the following tests :
- tensile strength
- elongation
- textile weight ( gsm )
- weight distribution
- fiber thickness
- rupture energy
- strike trough time
- liquid absorption
